From the reception to the table, all very friendly and pleasant. Food was great. My beef risotto was cooked perfectly. My wife churrasco was tender (she only thought the mix of vegetables was more than carrots, but that was a detail). Overall a nice lunch

Had a good experience dining here on Valentine's Day. Ordered some calamari as a starter, which was pretty good. They also obviously have a pretty good wine list with a large variety of in house wines. The service was good, although the layout is kind of confusing at first if you've never been there.
My wife and I went here for Valentine’s Day. We loved the food and the atmosphere. You can taste different wines at the entrance, and in the back is the dining area. Each menu item has a paired wine you can choose to order. The only con was they were super busy- and despite having a reservation, we still had to wait for a seat.
We had an incredible experience at Cooper’s Hawk, thanks to our amazing server Janie! Her service was top-notch from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She gave us fantastic wine recommendations that perfectly complemented the meal, and the chef’s choice specials were absolutely phenomenal. Janie even helped me sign up for the wine club during our visit, which was such a nice bonus. Can’t wait to come back again soon!
Haven’t dined here in a while but had a great experience dining in the bar area. Alison provided exceptional service and convinced to join the wine club. Our meals were chicken risotto and grilled salmon. Both were delicious.
Sean D provided one of the best dining experiences we’ve had at Cooper’s Hawk. From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel like VIP guests. He was knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections, offering great recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes. What really stood out was his timing and professionalism and our drinks were never empty, courses flowed seamlessly, and he checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. He even took time to explain some of the wine club perks in a way that didn’t feel pushy at all. Sean’s energy, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly elevated our afternoon . Please request Shawn D when you go to this restaurant. He was AMAZING! he was such a good server, he provided us with menu recommendations and was so kind to me and my mom. It truly made my experience. Not only was the service great but the food was awesome as well. They even had a general manager walking around to ensure that we were satisfied with our experience. I’m so glad that we chose to stop here for food. We will definitely be coming back!
